I feel like the purported figures for male versus female pay in the workplace is severely inflated if not completely manufactured to herd public opinion towards certain ideas. I myself know many working women and have had several jobs throughout the United States and not once have I come across any concrete evidence to support this questionable claim. To the contrary it seems women are actually experiencing a distinct advantage in the workplace while men are expected to take on the majority of the remedial low pay tasks. In situations where I've observed a man and woman with the same hours and same job title they seem to always be making the same amount. However this particular situation is actually quite uncommon from what I've seen as the women are either working a completely different aspect of the business or in a management position. In fact from what I've uncovered by just a little speck of footwork and amateur journalism around various states, it would seem that women hardly ever have the same jobs as men and in the cases where they do they're only in that position for a few months before they receive a promotion while the male has been there for years and had only received raises. Given this information I feel that the information is being doctored. For what reason? Your guess is as good as mine. Speaking of my guess, I have a nagging feeling that the fascist feminism regime might be a key player seeing as this myth seems to be one of their key arguing points. Don't get me wrong I'm all for feminism, but true feminism has been dead for a long time. Feminism today is in layman terms a vehicle for hate mongering and bullying. Feminist suck.
