People tell me I have a eating disorder but I don't think so try also say I need to tal to someone to get it off my chest but how would they know what I'm doing or not and when did it become there business

i think society is pushing us to this, with their bs celebrities and all, my sister has an "eating disorder", anyone can have one when they want to get thin, really.

however there's no point to it as once you get back to a normal diet you will quickly find that you'll gain the weight back quicker than you lost it. sort of like refeeding syndrome. it's basically that your body's insulin levels were thrown off balance.

the best way to lose weight is through PROPER dieting and EXERCISING. if you're talking about that kind of eating disorder, however. if it's the opposite as to where you can't stop eating then will power or medications are the only way to get over that (preferably will power).
