Sadness

Sometimes sadness is so real that it actually hurts your chest.Like some sort of pressure that won't be alleviated. And it sucks being a mom and wife and having a job and everyone expecting to you to be normal when really you are so sad.

I know how that feels. Sometimes you can make the feeling go away if you take a really deep breath, but then it comes right back....

I would go to a doctor. My mother has openly admitted that if she weren't on medication she probably wouldn't be alive right now. Your kids need you. Don't let them down.

Oh, and depression is also a genetic trait, so make sure as your children get into their teen years that they are open about their feelings. Both my mothers parents had depression. My mother has depression. My older sisters have depression. I'm the odd one out I guess.

yea. Sadness manifests as physical symptoms, often. Stop pretending and get help, mental illnesses are often worse than physical. Your kids and husband want you to be around for long time ; )
