October 1st Here

And last night after doing my classes I stopped off at the grocery store for some food items.

And then I was surprised to see this -------- Pumpkin Pie ice cream
wow. Hehehehe.

Here in Japan in October they do not have Pumpkin Pie ------ and they do not have Orange Pumpkins. Just little Green squash that they call pumpkins.

So when I saw this I had to try.

When I got home I opened it up and ate.

Bleeeeh!

What the! ------ It was ultra sweet ---- had the consistency of cold shaving cream and tasted like it too. ------- yuk.--- like sweet cold shaving cream.

I swear that any item that represents a food stuff in name from another country they will mess it up so that their people will believe all foreign foods are junk compared to good old Japanese cuisine .

Can't find a Decent lasagna either.

Oh well. ^ ^

At least they can't and don't mess up chocolate here.

------------

Good Morning.

Having a happy morning enjoying my Coffee.

Must prep for the kindergarten tomorrow and my late classes tonight.

Have a nice day. ^ ^

My mom baked a pumpkin pie earlier and it was pretty good. I love pumpkin pie. I can't imagine this time of the year without it.
Sorry your ice cream was gross :(

yes ----- but I was sooo looking forward to the flavor of Pumpkin pie.

That's one of the things I really really miss from the states.

I could bake one.------ but I don't have an oven. And they don't sell ovens here. No one uses an oven here. They use toaster ovens to heat and warm junk. Every thing here is either fried or boiled / steamed.

It is very rare to see a real oven here in Japan.

But someday some year---I will make a trip back in late October and have Pie------- Mmmmm yes

----------
The only ovens I have ever seen here are in Restaurants. Crazy huh.
