Nervous!

I am having surgery tomorrow.I have never been so nervous in my life.I always thought as I grew up I would be able to handle these things. Now I am sitting here crying alone and I don't want to admit to anyone how scared I actually am.=(

Surgery went great! I'm high on pain medication and feel pretty sore but all is fine
hahha GOOD ! tell the doctor, Doctor, I am prescribed to take my medicine on the hour, every 10 minutes, and since I'm unconscious, you must do this for me! They resemble smarties, but it's the latest in medicinal medication. And that you can sue them if they don't give them to you.

Smarties?! Ha that would be a good idea since when u wake up u are usually starving! And then they shove graham crackers and gingerale down ur throat!

Thanks slytherin its nice to hear that someone else has gone through what I will be going through!
Tell them to open up your stomach too and stick in some smarties. I heard surgery makes you hungry.

:) Really, it's over before you know it. Surgery only lasts an hour and then you only spend a bit in recovery. You're sore for a while afterwards though (I'm still sore after 7 days).

I am having my gallbladder removed as well it isn't a serious surgery but I am scared. Its my 4th surgery in 6 years. I don't like the feeling of anesthesia. Thanks for the kind words =)
It's okay, everyone gets scared sometimes, when you think about it, the scariest part is always anticipating things. But when it's over you'll be like wow, that was no big deal at all : )

is it a serious surgery?

What are you having surgery for?

Surgery is a very scary thing. I just had surgery to have my gallbladder removed a week ago and even though it was a very common procedure I was scared to death because I had never had a surgery before.
