I'm losing it... again...

I'm reading, the screen and along the words in my peripheral vision I see words that remind me of the past like "rape" or "innocence", why? keep in mind i'm sober right now, so i'm just as confused...

also, i'm beginning to see slight hallucinations, bugs on the floor, flanging of objects...

i think i'm slowly but surely being tossed back into delirium again -_-

You're sober cause you're poor.. and you're poor cause you're sober.

I'm flattered, thank you.

Honestly, your therapist sounds like a bit of a dick. You can't help somebody unless you show that you care and something so cold and impersonal as a webcam seems far too apathetic to do anyone good. I hope you get some rest. No matter how convenient it may seem, constantly reminding yourself of all the hardships you've faced and how much you've been wronged cant be beneficial. Those are things you need to face only when you're ready to get over them, not when you're still struggling to reach peace with who you are as a person. It's just far too much to deal with all at once. Sleep well.

You sound like your going into some kind of withdrawl...

I agree with phraser::: I say sleep it off and stay in touch with reality.

phraser, i wish you were my psychiatrist *sigh*...

unfortunately i have an asshole doc who speaks with me via webcam at the clinic. i walk out in 20 minutes with a new prescription -_-

i guess i'll put my head down and try to relax, but honestly, as fucked up as it sounds, i kind of enjoy this borderline-psychotic state, it seems all to convenient...

Then sleep it off, even if it's just you laying comfortably with your eyes closed tight. You shouldn't have to be awake for something like that.

i think i need sleep :|

i haven't slept well lately. and i'm having a unique sense of paranoia, every other word in a sentence is another one completely different, vile and makes me remember things.

Hallucinations are not uncommon.

Just try to keep a firm grasp on reality and try to remember what's real and what isn't. It'll pass given a little time.
