How?????

Okay so I am 15 and I weigh 139 pounds and well my boyfriend has invived me to go to florida with him well I need to no how to get to at least 120 so I can look good in a bikini??? I need to loss this weigh by febuary.i am a little chubby but I would like to no what I should eat and what I should stay away from.

yeah. i understand your situation. up until i was in seventh grade i was such a fat little child. eventually all the teasing was what motivated me to lose weight. heres some advice that i KNOW will help.
1) eat just as many meals as you usually do, but maybe smaller portions, and healthier food.
2) drink mainly water or milk.
3) NO SALTY SNACKS, they just make you want soda.
4) excersize regularly.
5) ALWAYS keep yourself busy. itll keep your mind off food. then you wont even realize your hungry.
- i weighed 150 in the beginning of seventh grade.
- im now fifteen and i weigh 110. :)

i agree with both the above postings, but also you will feel better if you are losing weight for yourself, instead of your boyfriend, or some other reason, your boyfriend already likes you, or he wouldn't be going out with you....
When i was in 7th grade, i weighed 140 lbs, and i wanted to lose weight, so i limited myself to 1000 a day, and rode my stationary bike for at least an hour, if not more, each day. Once i got down to 120 lbs. i felt great, but it didn't last long, because i wasn't doing it for myself. Now i am 16, and 142 lbs, but i have recently started exercising, and watching what i eat again. It helps me to know that eating healthy and exercising makes me feel good, plus thinking of how i will feel, when i fit perfectly into that summer bikini helps :)

I'm in the same situation, but subtract the boy ahah.
I drink plenty of water, beacuse it fills you when you're having random cravings. Another thing that fills you up is fiber. Nuts have a good source of protein, fiber, and the “good” (monounsaturated) fat 10-12 nuts are all you need because they're high in fat. Its good to make your portions smaller and just fill up on the fruits and veggies (:
I keep a note book in my purse and write down everything I eat druing the day, writing it helps me stay on track! Then I go on calorieking.com to add the numbers of calories i eaten during the day.
I also bought a new bikini for March, I look at it everytime I crave junk food, and so far its kept me motivated. Maybe just pick out your favorite bikini to keep you motivated!
The gym pays off big time, so i would go if you want some good results, and if not, running is really good for burning calories :)

Soft drinks for sure. You can lose at least five pounds by not drinking coke and stuff like that.
