Help? Sleep Issues?

The past couple of days, I've been going to bed way too early and getting up way too early. I'm trying to, slowly but surely, get into a normal sleep routine. Has anyone here ever done this at least once? I can't keep doing this much longer.

Reset the cycle by breaking it totally. Seriously, bork it totally, then use the 16 hour fasting to set up your new 'morning'.
