Heartless Is Bad?

I don't know why but I always say very harsh words. Even though that person have their own faults I always state it in a very harsh way and the worst thing is that I don't feel a thing and I don't know why. I don't feel regret or guilty but I hit wonder how I can say things like that so easily and not feel anything, in fact I feel happy that did say those words because it made me feel right and a lot of people think I'm heartless. Am I really heartless?

I don't see any problem in that.

Once you are not being mean only for the sake of being mean, there's no issue. Life doesn't tiptoe around worrying about how people are going to feel.

possibly aspergers? possibly your environment in which you grew up? maybe a singular traumatic event in which your body went into emotional shock and as a defense, decided not to feel empathy? Maybe those people deserved harsh truths and deep down you knew it?

there's many reasons why you wouldn't feel anything when you say things to other people in harsh ways. The fact that you acknowledge that what you are doing is hurtful to other people, means you're not a total psychopath. Just know that in some cases, harsh truths work, and some situations, they don't- like telling your boss what you really think about them even though you need that job. the main question I would want to ask you is, do you think that you should change this behavior?
