I had this friend back in grade one or two. She and I were very close, until puberty hit her like a bus. She changed. Now, even though she's past twenty like me, she dyes her hair green and purple and anything else. That's okay, I mean it's just a way of expressing her individualism in exactly the same fashion as everyone else who's not me. No problem. But she also posts pictures of her mooning people, or showing indecent messages scrawled across her bare stomach, or flipping off the camera, or being passed out with beer bottles all over the place.
I'm just glad she's not in my life. Glad, and horribly sad. How do I stop missing someone who isn't worth missing?
