I have to bench press 150 or over.
i have to shoulder press 75 or over.
i have to start deadlifting...
so far that's all I need to improve...so I guess the hardest part is over...

You're trying to lie to yourself it seems. I'll let you continue, but you can just cruise back through your own secrets if you ever want to see what everyone else sees.

I mean, seriously, you've been going on and on about your ped's for, like forever now. If you're still having trouble getting those little weights up in the air, you must be puny. The fact that you're taking it that hard probably says that the juice is gonna shrink your nuts faster than you'd have thought.

your attitude doesn't fit the description, and that's nice to know (if it's even true), in fact i just think you love to annoy people on this site by posting "tough love" no one even cares about and most people just skip.

but you've got me all wrong, why would i let some man at his office bother me by calling me weak? you must honestly not know me lol. and i'm never really miserable, at times i get very angry (never really sad) but that's because i have "issues". and no, i've been sober for a while now, and it doesn't bother me, just like drinking, dope has it's time as well, while going out with friends usually.

aaaaand in the end why am i wasting my time here? lol, it's funny how I'M, yes a 15 year old kid, is wasting a few minutes out of your time :)

so i'll just let you get back to work ;)

Uh kid, I've got to be able to stay connected to the net at almost all times as part of my job. My phone service and internet connection are paid for, and I access this site in my spare moments. I'm usually busy doing something else online and just pop in here to check.

I don't know about you, but it's no secret on here that I jog to work most days. It's not because I don't enjoy driving, just that I like the feeling. My weekends are filled with other outdoor activities as well, in pretty much all weather conditions. You're just pissed that your goals aren't as impressive as you though they'd be.

If you were out doing something useful with yourself, like hauling feed, or building a wall, or even a house from time to time, you'd be a lot happier whenever your little "make me a happy person instead of a miserable pansy-ass" chemicals run out. Which happens more often than you'd like to admit, I gather. You'd also be stronger.

Get off the computer. Go to sleep early. Wake early. Get shit done before it gets too hot. Or stop being a pansy-ass. (That'd probably solve the whole not being able to lift those little weights of yours too, just saying.)

And don't flatter yourself. I've got one of those 'good memory' thingies that they used to give out to people before deciding that it was easier just to let them do drugs to fix all their problems in life.

Lol, if Texas is anything like Arizona, then yeah, everyone does outdoors stuff in the spring, but it's summer right now! It's 106 degrees here :O No one goes outside during the day if they can help it.

No, lifting weights is not a lot different, to hauling bags of feed, despite what you might think. And you seem to forget that you've already posted up secrets involving friends and wandering around outdoors and the like, so try again.

You're just weak. They should make you work, instead of work out.

i can't do any of that in eagle pass it's always around 100 degrees outside, i do enjoy swimming however. and lifting weights is a LOT different that those.

I was younger than you are and hauling bags of feed bigger than 75 lbs on each shoulder. No gym time, just running, rowing, hiking, swimming and a little biking.

no i just added the parts that i need work on. i'm 15, 5'5.5", 15 inch arms, and no not THAT in shape, just athletic, nothing huge ;)

but as with anything else i'm getting there, i was a little more in shape before i got into the amphetamine habit...
