Another Interview at the End of the Line

I cracked and applied to the shittiest company in the region. It has a famous reputation for being a terrible employer and providing horrid work situations. There's constant turnaround there, they're always posting job ads, which is never a good sign. I even met someone in the Costco job fair line who confirmed all of this, who was unfairly let go, and she must have been the most professional person in that line.

And, here I am, actually begging to whatever higher power, that the interview goes well and I get hired. The desperation stinks, but so does poverty.

I will keep looking, as I'm sure to be fired if I'm hired and stay for any length of time. I'll also try to get ahead there as quickly as possible (less opportunity to be let go that way). Apparently, they let any boob be a Team Leader, which is where most of the trouble comes from, so I may as well try to be one if I can.

Why am I hoping you don't get the job? Not really, any work is better than none. I had my share of shit jobs before I started my own company. If you get that you can maybe keep looking for something better. I'll make a nice pot of tea and we can dip hobnobs while we wait for the results.

* Pours Mopy nice cup of tea *
