Am I justified

For feeling depressed?

A little back ground: I have a physical disability and have had since I was born.Nothing to bad but it's always messed with my walking pattern and also causing major pain in my legs. For the past six years I have also suffered from chronic back pain on top of that and here's the kicker.Painkillers no longer work and since I'm allergic to the effective ones I have no pain relief, yay!

Last year I had surgery to help correct my leg, but surgery failed and now my foot and back pain are even worse.I have seen doctors about this, they have disregarded the blatantly obvious leg problem and now have turned around and said my back pain is due to phshcological issues stemming from the fact I suffer from anxiety and have suggested I should take sleeping pills or more painkillers.Having pain since 9 years old and it being constant wouldn't strike me as psychological.Maybe I'm just over reacting. But would I be justified in feeling depressed?

This isn't a sob story just asking if I'm justified

Yup, resident prick. That's me. Also the only to actually reply and give an answer to the question posed in the op. You know.... as opposed to taking the time to reply ON a thread without taking the time to reply TO the thread.

Now, by my reckoning that makes me less of a prick than most of the members on this site. See how that works?
