I have a habit of bottling up all of my emotions..Like Anger, sadness, stress, any other negative emotions..I've been doing this for so long that it has become as automatic as breathing to me now...And I also have been doing it for so long that I don't even really feel them anymore...Or any emotion really...I don't know how to..well...Un-bottle my emotions...And I'm kind of scared to do that as well.....
